WHO I WORK WITH

You’re doing your best to hold it together, but internally wondering how much longer you can keep going like this. You’re the one others count on to stay calm, show up, and hold it together. But the fact is, you’re exhausted in a way "self care" can not address.

I work with people who feel burned out, overstretched, and stuck in survival mode. Some are professionals trying to stay grounded in environments that no longer reflect their values, if they ever did. Some are caregivers and organizers who’ve been carrying too much for too long. Some are just trying to figure out how to live ethically in a moment that feels increasingly unrecognizable.

Coaching with me is a chance to come back to yourself, in a space that recognizes the deeper context behind your stress without making you explain it. We won't bypass the hard stuff, but we won't let it define our reality either.

HOW I WORK

I offer one-on-one coaching for people who need space to think, feel, and move forward — without pretending everything’s fine.

Our work is conversational, flexible, and grounded in real life. Some sessions are focused on making decisions or navigating work and relationships. Others help you recover from a conversation, a headline, or a development that won’t let you rest.

I often offer guided meditation and/or personalized visualization, shaped in the moment, with you. If you’ve tried meditation before and felt too overwhelmed to keep going, that’s not a failure. It’s a sign that you might need support, not more pressure to manage everything alone.

Most self-care advice is superficial at best. It assumes you can regulate your nervous system in isolation, without naming what's actually happening around you. My approach is different: I believe healing is relational. You don’t have to go it alone.

Whether you’re dealing with burnout, confusion, grief, or the daily stress of being awake in this world, I offer a space to reconnect with your own wisdom, slowly and steadily, without bypassing the hard parts.

FOR TEAMS & GROUPS

If your organization, workplace, or community group is overwhelmed, off-track, or running on fumes — I offer support on a case-by-case basis. This might look like a half-day retreat, a guided session to help people reset, or a custom experience focused on burnout recovery in a group setting.

These are not trust falls or icebreakers. They’re thoughtful, grounding spaces designed to help your team come back to center and reconnect with what matters.
