Mindfulness

Since childhood, I have practiced meditation on and off in the contexts of martial arts, Hatha yoga and Kundalini yoga. My current practice is rooted in western Buddhism by way of teachers Jack Kornfield, Josh Korda, Lama Rod Owens, and many others.

I do not usually explicitly teach mindfulness, but I often incorporate present moment awareness and attention to the breath and body into almost all my work.
